247 Servers Hosting operates with a strict NO REFUND POLICY. All payments made for our services are final and non-refundable.

IMPORTANT: Once you make a payment for any of our services, you acknowledge and agree that the payment is non-refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Service dissatisfaction
  • Changing your mind about the service
  • Technical issues (we provide support to resolve issues)
  • Account suspension or termination for policy violations
  • Service downtime (we offer uptime guarantee credits instead)

3.3 Resource Allocation

When you purchase our services, we immediately allocate resources (server space, IP addresses, bandwidth) that cannot be recovered if a refund is issued.

SERVICE GUARANTEE: While we don't offer refunds, we do provide a 99.9% uptime guarantee with service credits for downtime exceeding our SLA. This is our commitment to service quality without compromising our no-refund policy.

4. Payment Considerations

4.1 Trial Periods

We do not offer free trial periods for our bulletproof hosting services due to the nature of our business and potential for abuse.

4.2 Billing Cycles

You can choose between monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, or annual billing cycles. All payments are non-refundable regardless of the billing cycle selected.

4.3 Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your service at any time through your client area. Cancellation stops future billing but does not entitle you to a refund for any unused portion of your current billing period.

CANCELLATION NOTE: When you cancel, your service will remain active until the end of your current paid period. No refunds will be issued for the remaining time. Set cancellation reminders if you don't wish to continue service.

5. Disputes & Chargebacks

5.1 Chargeback Policy

Filing a chargeback or payment dispute for services received is considered fraud and will result in:

  • Immediate termination of all services
  • Permanent ban from our services
  • Blacklisting of your payment method and personal information
  • Possible legal action to recover costs and fees

5.2 Dispute Resolution

If you have any issues with our services, please contact our support team before taking any other action. We're committed to resolving issues and providing excellent service.

5.3 Payment Method Responsibility

You are responsible for ensuring your payment method has sufficient funds and is valid. Failed payments may result in service suspension until payment is received.

6. Service Credits (Instead of Refunds)

While we don't offer refunds, we do provide service credits in specific situations:

6.1 Uptime Guarantee Credits

If our uptime falls below 99.9% in any calendar month, you may request a service credit for that month. Credits are applied to future billing cycles, not refunded as cash.

6.2 Service Issues

For significant service issues that our team cannot resolve, we may offer service credits at our discretion. These are always credits, not cash refunds.

6.3 Credit Requests

Service credit requests must be submitted through your client area within 7 days of the incident. Credits are issued at our sole discretion.
